South Rochford Road EA

The South Dakota Division of the Federal Highway Administration has recently completed an Environmental Assessment (EA) and Draft Section 4(f) Evaluation regarding proposed improvements to South Rochford Road. You are invited to attend a public meeting scheduled to discuss the EA. The meeting will be held Wednesday, April 20th from 5-7pm (MST) at the Hill City High School.

Pierre Railroad Grade Separation

This project provides a separated railroad crossing in East Pierre to connect the highway routes through Pierre without at-grade railroad crossing delays. It includes a new highway alignment from the existing S-Curve east along Sioux Avenue to a highway overpass near Polk Street and Wells Avenue. It will allow all traffic and emergency response better access through Pierre.
