The 2026 South Dakota Tribal Transportation Safety Summit is being held on Wednesday-Thursday, Oct. 28-29, 2026. Tribal, State, Federal, and Local partners will gather to discuss a wide range of transportation safety issues impacting South Dakota’s tribal communities.
The event is being hosted by the Rosebud Sioux Tribe at the Rosebud Casino and Conference Center on U.S. Highway 83 south of Mission, SD near the South Dakota/Nebraska border.
Hotel Room Block at Rosebud Casino - Quality Inn. Each participant is responsible for making hotel reservations directly with the hotel. There is a block of rooms reserved for the summit. Please ask for “Tribal Transportation Safety Summit” room block when making reservations.
Room Rate: $98.21 plus tax.

Registration opens Sept. 8, 2026. Deadline to register is Oct. 19, 2026. There is no registration fee to attend the Summit.
