The Department of Transportation says prior to the rally, they will be taking extra precautions for travelers. “There will be things that we will have in place. There will be about a mile and a half of gravel, and we’re gonna treat that with a magnesium chloride which will hold down the dust, it will hold the gravel together a little bit better.
