U.S. Highway 12 - Between Aberdeen and Mina

Project Summary:
This project consists of a bridge replacement over Snake Creek.
Traffic on U.S. Highway 12 will be directed to use the on-site diversion around the project area.

Nov. 19, 2025:
As of Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025, the bridge over Snake Creek on U.S. Highway 12 east of Mina has reopened to all traffic. Traffic had been diverted around the bridge since April 2025 as work was conducted on the bridge replacement project.
Nov. 15, 2025:
Oct. 15, 2025 – Nov. 15, 2025, Completed Work:
The contractor completed forming and pouring the approach slabs and barriers. Asphalt paving was placed, and pavement striping for traffic was finished.
Anticipated Work Nov. 15, 2025 – Dec. 15, 2025:
The contractor plans to complete the guardrail by the end of the day on Friday, Nov. 21, 2025, which will allow traffic to be placed across the bridge. Potential winter work includes removal of the temporary detour. Spring and summer work will include final barrier coating, slope work, riprap placement, and general cleanup.
