Project Updates:

Oct. 31, 2025: 

Sept. 15, 2025 – Oct. 15, 2025, Completed Work:
Unclassified excavation continued at multiple locations north and south of the White River bridge. Base course removal and undercut work progressed, and additional RCP and CMP approach pipes were installed on both sides of the river. Erosion control measures were completed around pipework. Road and ditch grading continued through the middle section of the project. Pipe installation on the north end of the bridge was completed for the season. Chip sealing and fog sealing were completed on the southern three miles. Permanent seeding and erosion control work continued on the south end and began north of the White River bridge. Permanent fencing installation progressed northward. Fiber line installation began, and a completion plan was established.

Anticipated Work Oct. 15, 2025 – Nov. 15, 2025:
The contractor will continue unclassified excavation north of the White River bridge and complete work south of the bridge. Base course removal, undercut, and new base course placement will continue as grading advances north. Final ditch grading will continue to support permanent seeding and fence installation. Fiber line installation will resume, and end-of-season cleanup and checklist items will be completed.
