Work Scheduled to Begin on Shared Use Path in Dell Rapids

DELL RAPIDS, S.D. – On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, crews will begin work on a shared use path on 474^th Avenue in Dell Rapids. The shared use path will be constructed on the west side of 474^th Avenue from 15^th Street to 10^th Street and from 7^th Street to 4^th Street. 

There will not be any lane closures placed for this project. Signs will be placed near the work zone to alert motorists about the road work. Motorists are reminded to use caution and reduce their speed while workers and equipment are present.

The prime contractor on the $463,000.00 project is T&M Concrete, LLC of Sioux Falls, SD. The overall completion date for this project is Friday, Oct. 31, 2025.
