Traffic Switch Scheduled on Interstate 90 at Exit 357 Near Bridgewater

SALEM, S.D. – On Monday, April 28, 2025, a two-way traffic configuration will be placed on the eastbound lanes at exit 357 on Interstate 90 near Bridgewater/Canova. This two-way traffic configuration will allow crews to reconstruct the westbound lanes. The configuration is anticipated to be in place until Tuesday, June 24, 2025.

Once work is complete, another two-way traffic configuration will be placed on the westbound lanes to allow for reconstruction of the eastbound lanes.

This project will consist of spot grading, new concrete pavement, pipe replacement, and box culvert construction.

The contractor for the $11.1 million project is T&R Contracting, Inc. of Sioux Falls, SD. The overall project completion date is June 2026.
