SDDOT Seeks Public Input for 10th and 11th Streets Viaduct Replacement Study in Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT), in conjunction with the City of Sioux Falls and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), will hold a public meeting open house to discuss the 10th and 11th Streets Viaduct Replacement Study. The public meeting is scheduled from 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Holiday Inn City Centre, located at 100 E. 8th St. in Sioux Falls.

The goal of this public meeting open house is to gather input on preliminary viaduct replacement design concepts and potential bridge elements for replacing the viaduct structures in Sioux Falls. This input will help the study team refine and evaluate alternatives and develop preliminary recommendations to be presented at a future public meeting. For those unable to attend the in-person public meeting, or desire additional details, information about the 10th and 11th Streets Viaduct Replacement Study may also be found on the website at https://www.1011viaductstudy.com/.
