Ramp Closures on Interstate 90 at Exit 390 Scheduled Near Hartford

HARTFORD, S.D. – The Interstate 90 eastbound on- and off-ramps and the westbound on-ramp at exit 390 are scheduled to be closed during the morning hours on Monday, April 28, 2025. The ramps will be reopened by the end of the day on Tuesday, April 29, 2025. Motorists will need to use an alternate route during the ramp closures as there will not be a detour in place.

These closures are necessary to complete asphalt milling and overlay work as part of a continuing reconstruction project.

The prime contractor on this $37.3 million project is Reede Construction, Inc. of Aberdeen, S.D. The overall completion date for this project is July 18, 2025.
