Closure on I-90 for Bridge Scour Repair

The South Dakota Department of Transportation says the contractor will be closing the westbound lanes of I-90, four miles west of Humboldt, to traffic for four days beginning Tuesday, Jan. 7, through Friday, Jan. 10.

The South Dakota Department of Transportation is set to begin work on the Interstate 90 westbound bridge over the Vermillion River located four miles west of Humboldt this week.
U.S. 16 Corridor Study Public Input Meeting

The South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT), in collaboration with the City of Rapid City, Pennington County, and the Rapid City Area MPO, will hold a public open house at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 10, at the Event Center at Black Hills Energy, 7001 Mount Rushmore Road, Rapid City to inform area residents of the beginning of the U.S. 16 Corridor Study.
