S.D. Highway 28 near Hitchcock

Project Summary:

The project will replace and upgrade drainage structures to improve water flow and reduce the risk of water collecting on the roadway.

Crews will regrade the roadway by cutting down hills and filling low areas to improve sight distance and enhance safety for motorists. Shoulders along the segment will also be widened to improve safety for drivers.
