The Compliance Office, Civil Rights Program is responsible for overseeing civil rights issues for the SDDOT. Within that office, the Civil Rights Compliance Officer is responsible for: Equal Employment Opportunity, On-the-Job Training Program, Title VI Compliance, Tribal Relations/TERO Agreements & Special Provisions, and ADA (Americans with Disabilities) Compliance.
